1 lb Brussels sprouts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup pomegranate juice

2 tablespoons honey

How to Make It:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Get those Brussels sprouts ready by giving them a trim and cutting them in half.

Give your sprouts a good toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pop them in the oven and roast until they’re delightfully crispy, about 20-25 minutes.

While your sprouts are getting their roast on, let’s make our glaze. Simmer the pomegranate juice and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens into a mouthwatering glaze.

Once your sprouts are golden and crispy, drizzle them with the pomegranate glaze.

Expert Tip: Add some pomegranate arils for a spectacular burst of flavor and color!
